Refund policy

When choosing an item, please choose carefully. Unfortunately, we can't offer returns for obvious health reasons (sharing ear gunk is gross) and we DO NOT on sell any items that have been returned/worn by other customers. The items you receive are in a 'never been worn' state. Given that this ain't your first rodeo in stretching, the odds of you actually choosing the wrong size are pretty slim. 

However we are more than happy to refund your order or send you a replacement if:

• We messed up and sent you an incorrect item
• The goods you received are damaged / not up to quality
