Standard shipping can take anywhere between 2-8 days depending on your location.

Express shipping is generally 2 days give or take.

We aim to process and send all orders the same day cause there's nothing worse then playing the waiting game - we know you're excited ;)

I wish we could say yes, but unfortunately we can't accept returned items purely for the fact that sharing ear gunk is gross and we DO NOT onsell any items that have been returned / worn by other customers.

The exception to this rule is if we messed up and sent you the incorrect item then absolutely.

In case you haven't already noticed, SAUCE only offer Plugs & Tunnels at larger sizes which is typically anything from 30mm and up.

We are always looking for ways to improve our offering so if you think we should get something in a specific size let us know we'd be stoaked for the heads up.

Thanks for asking! We're based out of Brisbane Australia and all our shipping is done from here too.

On sizing YES. We guarantee all our items are within 1mm of their stated size. We've spent days and hours measuring each pair to make sure the size is consistent.

If you do find your item is actually not the stated size get in touch with us here so we can sort it out.

Absolutely. Tracking is included in all goods sent and you'll be notified by email of your tracking deets as soon as we process the order.
